What we do
IC & SR is an organization that is set up at IIT Madras to help manage all the projects that are undertaken by the IIT Madras faculty. We deal with projects which are as short as one month to as long as five to six years. The Establishment of major research centres is also covered within these projects that we handle. Several projects come into IIT Madras on a yearly basis, many from government-sponsored organizations, and several other projects come in from the industry.All this is made possible by the dedicated staff that we have at IC & SR who help the faculty to manage their projects. We help in the processes of recruitment, purchase, finance, accounting, and all the other necessary support that the faculty would need in order to run the project efficiently.
